2012 Drama Season Begins: A Moment of Anticipation
Transfiguration Sunday, February 19th, Both Services
Erin and Andrew are hiking up a mountain in anticipation of something very special… even amazing. When they arrive at the top, they experience something much grander than they could have ever have anticipated. In this thought provoking drama, we reflect on how transformational it can be when we open ourselves up to God.
Performing our drama is Samantha Hamil and Jimmy McGonagle. It is directed by Wendi Kelly with Tom Beyer, Emily Colon and John Kelly on tech.

Christmas Carol 2011: God Bless Us, Everyone!
On December 1 – 3, 2011 the St. Andrew Beginnings Drama Team put on their 4th Annual production of “A Christmas Carol”. A hardworking cast and crew that included members of St. Andrew and many area communities from Zion to Northbrook.
As people arrived for the show, they were welcomed into a Dickens Village including holiday lighting, street scenes and 19th century Christmas music. The sanctuary was magically transformed into a theater space where the sites of 19th Century London came to life. The Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Future carried Scrooge, along with our audiences, through a story of transformation that brings hope to all during our Advent Season.
This year’s production not only brought a wonderful message of the season to our cast, crew and audience, it also raised money for the High School Work Camp trip this summer, Head to Heart and C.O.O.L. Food Pantry. We hope you enjoyed this year’s production and will join us for upcoming dramas we perform at our Sunday services and of course our Christmas Carol 2012!
